This was a unique challenge during a very rainy period of the year.

One of the biggest challenges was to carry out 250 m3 of soil during rain with very limited access.

But this was not the only challenge! The second challenge was that while digging, underpinning was used for sidewalls because neighbour walls were pushing soil into us. 

All this project was carried out while tenants on the above floors were still living in the house, not to mention that meanwhile all the walls were removed from below the house and it was suspended on metal supports without any damage to the existing building suites in use.
